September proved to be another great month for the Bulloch County real estate market!
Here’s your September year-over-year real estate report for Bulloch County! In September there were 74 single-family home sales. That’s up 13 from last year’s 61 sales in September of 2019. The average sales price of homes is up too! September 2020 saw an average sales price of $210,088 and this time last year the average sales price of homes was $177,550. With interest rates hovering around 3%, it’s a great time to sell the home you’re in and upgrade to the home you’ve been dreaming of! Give me a call and let’s talk about how to get your home sold!
